Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain 3forge AMI dashboards and data visualization modules.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective visualization solutions.
Integrate multiple data sources (databases, APIs, MQs) into the 3forge environment for real-time monitoring.
Implement custom logic, scripts, and triggers to enhance interactivity and data refresh.
Optimize dashboard performance and ensure high availability and low-latency rendering.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to maintain code quality and stability.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks or data inconsistencies.
Contribute to architectural improvements, version upgrades, and integration strategy for 3forge-based systems.
Document design, configurations, and operational procedures to ensure maintainability.
Work closely with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Support teams for production rollouts and issue triage.
Required Qualifications
3forge AMI Platform: Hands-on experience developing dashboards, widgets, tables, and complex visualization components in 3forge AMI; knowledge of AMI scripting, server configurations, and 3forge API usage.
Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for extending and integrating AMI applications.
Database & Data Handling: Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, or PostgreSQL.
Real-time Data & APIs: Familiarity with real-time data streams via Kafka, ActiveMQ, or TIBCO EMS; building connectors between AMI and external data sources (REST APIs, WebSockets, etc.).
Data Formats: Strong understanding of JSON, XML, and data serialization formats.
Performance & Optimization: Ability to tune data refresh rates, caching, and rendering logic for large datasets.
Version Control & DevOps: Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Jenkins or similar tools.
Environment: Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments; basic shell scripting is a plus.
Preferred/Functional Skills
Strong understanding of trading, risk, or market data systems (preferably in investment banking or financial services).
Familiarity with real-time dashboards, operational monitoring, or data analytics use cases.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into interactive visualizations.
