Job description
Astrapack is seeking a Water Engineering Technical Lead in Arizona to own project outcomes from definition through startup. You will manage multidisciplinary design, QA/QC, and client communication, while sealing plans as Engineer of Record.
Ideal candidates have 12+ years of water/wastewater experience, a PE license in AZ, and demonstrated leadership across project lifecycles. This role blends hands-on engineering with mentoring and standards development.
