They are a team of motivated individuals dedicated to exceptional customer service and unrivaled architectural signage.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Technical Painter Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 20.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:00pm)Apply wet-coat paint finishes in a paint booth environment.Mix paints accurately to required specifications.Maintain paint booth equipment, including cleaning and filter replacement.Inspect finished products and perform quality checks to ensure paint adhesion and appearance standards are met.Clean and prepare products for painting using wash rack procedures.Follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirementsTechnical Painter Qualifications:Previous experience in a wet-coat painting environment required.Experience painting aluminum is preferred.Knowledge of paint mixing, paint adhesion testing, and quality standards.Familiarity with Sherwin-Williams paint systems or similar coatings is a plus.Basic computer skills required.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
