Technical Painter Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 20.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:00pm)
Apply wet-coat paint finishes in a paint booth environment.
Mix paints accurately to required specifications.
Maintain paint booth equipment, including cleaning and filter replacement.
Inspect finished products and perform quality checks to ensure paint adhesion and appearance standards are met.
Clean and prepare products for painting using wash rack procedures.
Follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements
Technical Painter Qualifications:
Previous experience in a wet-coat painting environment required.
Experience painting aluminum is preferred.
Knowledge of paint mixing, paint adhesion testing, and quality standards.
Familiarity with Sherwin-Williams paint systems or similar coatings is a plus.
Basic computer skills required.
