Position Summary
This Product Manager role focuses on managing product strategy and roadmaps for products that provide services and capabilities across multiple channels enhancing operational efficiency, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. This role involves complex integrations for system of record data, compliance, security, and data implementations.

5+ years in product management

Experience with JIRA, SQL, and API documentation tools
B2B SaaS or enterprise platform background
Experience in AI/ML, DevOps, cybersecurity, or data engineering
Familiarity with SOX, PCI/PII, SOC2, or GDPR compliance
Responsibilities
Own and manage product strategy and roadmaps across multiple service channels
Lead Agile ceremonies and cross-functional product teams
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business goals and customer needs
Ensure alignment with broader technology initiatives organization-wide
