Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with data, engineering, product design, and customer strategy teams to build and execute end-to-end strategies for customers—ensuring alignment, scalability, and seamless integration across the Faro platform.

Platform enablement: Define standards and tools that make it easier for internal teams and external partners to build on Faro’s platform.

Ecosystem development: Evaluate and prioritize integrations that enhance connectivity and data flow across clinical trial systems.

Measure success: Define KPIs for platform performance, integration uptime, adoption, and ecosystem growth.
