Job description

Senior Manager, Ride & Show Systems

Duration: Permanent

Salary: $160-175k

Lead the technical delivery of immersive entertainment experiences from concept through installation and opening.

Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, contracts, engineering teams, fabricators, and installation partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Work closely with creative teams to translate artistic vision into technical requirements while overseeing fabrication, installation, systems integration, testing, and final acceptance.

Serve as the primary technical leader responsible for coordinating stakeholders, mitigating risks, and driving successful execution of complex themed projects.

MUST HAVE

8+ years of technical project management, engineering management, or systems integration experience

Experience leading large-scale projects from design through installation, commissioning, and final delivery

Significant vendor management and contract management experience

Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and technical deliverables

Experience overseeing installation activities and field execution

Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders

Experience developing scopes of work, technical specifications, and procurement documentation

Strong problem-solving, technical decision-making, and project leadership skills

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or related field

Preferred

Theme park or attraction development experience

Experience with ride systems, show systems, special effects, projection, lighting, audio, scenic elements, or show control systems

Construction management experience within entertainment or themed environments

Experience supporting immersive experiences, exhibits, or experiential marketing installations

Advanced degree in Engineering or related field
