Our client, a manufacturing operations leader, is seeking a Technical Program Product Managerto join their team. As a Technical Program Product Manager,you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Wilmington, MA
Pay Range: $70/hr to $72/hr on W2
What's the Job?
Lead the migration of existing spreadsheet-based tracking systems into structured project management tools like Jira.
Connect program data across various tools to create a single-source-of-truth system for tracking progress, risks, and material readiness.
Create and maintain dashboards providing real-time visibility into program status and key milestones for leadership and engineering teams.
Draft and maintain technical documentation such as SOPs, build procedures, and lessons-learned reports under engineering leadership guidance.
Engage directly with engineers and operators on the manufacturing floor to identify blockers and facilitate resolution in person.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, Business, or a related discipline.
3+ years of experience in a technical program management or project coordination role within hardware, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
Proficiency in Jira, including project configuration, workflow design, dashboards, and JQL.
Experience migrating unstructured or spreadsheet-based tracking into structured project management tools.
Strong technical writing skills for creating clear, concise documentation for technical and executive audiences.
