Lead end-to-end release management for the Data Technology team: define release scope, build and communicate release plans, coordinate dependencies, improve internal release tooling and CI/CD pipelines, manage risks and readiness activities, and drive post-release retrospectives to ensure reliable, predictable deployments to production.
