Technical Project Manager
Location Requirements:
Remote, with preference for candidates in California. On-site in Mountain View three days a week.

Role Overview:
You will own end-to-end program delivery across a defined portfolio, coordinating engineering, product, and design partners. Drive planning, identify and mitigate dependencies, and report on program health for leadership visibility. You will facilitate technical discussions and unblock decisions to keep projects on track. Flexibility across time zones and strong technical fluency are essential to success.
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end program delivery across a portfolio, including Payments, Bill Pay, Lending, and Workforce Solutions
Coordinate engineering, product, and design teams
Drive planning cadences and secure commitments
Identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies before blockers occur
Build and maintain program health reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership
Facilitate technical and cross-functional discussions to unblock decisions and drive alignment
Required Qualifications:
Ability to work independently with ambiguity and come up to speed quickly
Strong technical fluency to engage with engineering on architecture and tradeoffs without being a hands‑on implementer
Rigorous planning, risk management, and follow-through under ambiguity
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership
Track record of scaling processes or reusable frameworks
Experience with tools like Jira, Dragonboat, Slack, and Betterworks (or similar PPM/collaboration stacks)
6+ years in technical program or project management
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
Fintech knowledge
