Technical Project Manager: Level 3 Responsibilities:
Oversee planning and execution of multi-team initiatives across diverse domains.
Clarify problem scope, success metrics, and align delivery with business objectives.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritize, address risks, and facilitate decision-making.
Bring clarity to ambiguous or evolving challenges while balancing speed and rigor.
Establish scalable practices for coordination, measurement, and communication across teams.
Technical Project Manager: Level 3 Qualifications:
5–10+ years of experience managing complex technical projects or programs.
Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Deep expertise in navigating ambiguous environments and defining structure.
Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
