Coordinate delivery across engineering, clients, and stakeholders—scope, timelines, communication, and successful launches.
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to guide software projects from discovery through launch. You will partner with engineers, clients, and leadership to define scope, manage timelines, reduce delivery risk, and keep communication clear throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage software delivery across multiple workstreams and milestones.
Gather requirements, document scope, and align stakeholders on priorities and timelines.
Run sprint ceremonies, track progress, and remove blockers for engineering teams.
Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to clients and internal leadership.
Support QA, UAT, release planning, and post-launch follow-up.
Coordinate resources across design, development, QA, and DevOps as needed.
Improve delivery processes, templates, and reporting for repeatability.
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing technical or software development projects.
Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and engineering workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and business audiences.
Ability to manage scope, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Proficiency with project tools (Jira, Linear, Asana, or similar).
Eligible to work in the United States.
Nice to Have
Technical background in software development, QA, or cloud engineering.
Experience managing client-facing consulting or agency projects.
Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or MVP product delivery.
