In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role – protecting our national security.****Why Join Us?*** **Innovative Projects: KBR’s work is at the forefront of engineering, logistics, operations, science, program management, mission IT and cybersecurity solutions.*** **Collaborative Environment: Be part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and innovation, fostering a supportive and intellectually stimulating workplace.*** **Impactful Work: Your contributions will be pivotal in designing, deploying, and securing mission-critical network infrastructure supporting national security operations.****Key Responsibilities:*** **Manage technical projects from development through deployment*** **Coordinate stakeholders, schedules, milestones, and deliverables*** **Participate in technical design and development planning activities*** **Gather and manage deployment requirements*** **Facilitate certification, approval, and implementation activities*** **Track project risks, issues, and dependencies*** **Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership*** **Support execution of complex cyber-focused initiatives****Work Environment:*** **Location: On-site*** **Travel Requirements: Minimal*** **Working Hours: Standard****Qualifications:****Required:*** **Active TS/SCI with Polygraph*** **Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 10 years of experience; additional experience may be substituted for a degree*** **Minimum of three years managing complex technical projects*** **Experience planning and executing technical development efforts*** **Experience managing schedules, milestones, and project deliverables*** **Knowledge of commercial technologies and technical capabilities*** **Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities****Desired:*** **PMP certification*** **Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives*** **Experience supporting intelligence community customers*** **Experience with Agile development methodologies*** **Experience managing multidisciplinary teams****Basic Compensation:**$164,800 to $201,500**This range is for the Virginia area only**The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.**Additional Compensation:**KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
