REGENT is seeking a Technical Recruiter to partner with engineering and operations leaders to source, engage, and close top-tier candidates for a range of technical roles. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting and build proactive pipelines while guiding candidates through every stage with clear communication.
The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, strategic thinking, and a high-growth environment. Based in Rhode Island or willing to relocate, remote candidates traveling to RI are considered.
