The Opportunity
We’re hiring junior-level recruiters who are motivated to build a career in recruiting and sales. You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment .
This role is onsite four days per week in our Rockville Centre, Long Island office.
You’ll support national searches with a high concentration of roles in New York City’s tech market — giving you exposure to some of the most competitive and dynamic hiring environments in the country.
What You’ll Do
Master the full recruiting cycle — from sourcing and outreach to closing offers
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean searches to identify top candidates
Draft compelling job descriptions and candidate outreach messages
Engage with candidates daily to understand their skills and career goals
Partner with senior recruiters to match candidates with client needs
Guide candidates through interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations
Keep recruiting pipelines and candidate data organized in the ATS
What We’re Looking For
No recruiting experience required — backgrounds in sales, business, customer service, or communications are a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ambitious, competitive, and motivated to hit performance goals
Organized and able to multitask in a high-volume environment
A team player who thrives in a collaborative office setting
Must be able to work onsite 4 days/week in RVC, Long Island
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $40,000 – $60,000
Commission: Uncapped earnings potential — realistic first-year comp of $70,000–$80,000+
