Technical Recruiter – Staffing & Client Relations
Are you a recruiter who knows how to find people others can’t?
We’re looking for a driven, results-focused Recruiter with 2–4 years technical recruiting experience who is strong in active sourcing, headhunting, candidate engagement, and closing .
You’ll work directly with our Relationship Manager, who partners closely with client hiring managers. You’ll also have opportunities to interact with clients, understand hiring needs, and help turn requirements into successful placements.
What You’ll Bring
2–4 years of recruiting experience in a staffing/agency environment preferred
Strong headhunting and active sourcing skills
Experience recruiting in IT, Healthcare, Retail, Education, Manufacturing, Power Generation, Construction, and/or Legal
Excellent LinkedIn, Boolean, ATS, and job-board skills
Strong candidate screening and relationship-building skills
Confident communication, negotiation, and client-dealing abilities
Ability to manage multiple openings and deliver qualified candidates quickly
Bachelor’s degree required
