Job description
Numeral is seeking a Technical Recruiting Lead to own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design. As the first dedicated technical recruiter, you will shape the talent bar and recruiting processes across the company.
You'll move fast, build trust with hiring managers and candidates, and design initiatives that deliver exceptional candidate experiences while scaling the technical org as Numeral grows.
