About the Role
Develop and grow customer relationships across CNC, robotics, and automation markets. Generate new business opportunities and manage the sales process from prospecting through closing. Serve as a trusted technical advisor helping customers solve complex manufacturing challenges. Recommend spindle repair, rebuild, replacement, monitoring, and engineered solutions. Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and ROI-focused proposals. Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Engineering or technical manufacturing experience preferred.
Required Skills
5+ years of technical B2B sales experience.
Background in CNC machinery, industrial automation, robotics, machine tools, motors, or manufacturing equipment.
Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand customer challenges and develop value-driven technical solutions. xhqgsiq
Preferred Skills
Engineering or technical manufacturing experience preferred.
