Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of Game Warden, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and the surrounding platform ecosystem.

Synchronize customer feedback with product teams to inform roadmap priorities and feature alignment.

Generate technical marketing content—blogs, whitepapers, case studies that accelerates business development.

Engage customers on cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps tooling, compliance accreditation, and cybersecurity architecture.

What You Bring

3+ years in customer-facing Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Success roles; demonstrated ability to influence technical decision-makers.

Operational knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD), and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders; composure in high-stakes customer situations.

U.S. citizenship and residency in an approved hiring hub: DC/Maryland/Virginia, Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill NC, Denver/Colorado Springs CO, or Dallas/Fort Worth TX.
