About the role
Our client is expanding its technical sales team, with approximately 3 openings available. In this Singapore-based role, you will develop B2B customer accounts, prepare technical quotations and convert enquiries into sales for pressure, temperature, flow and calibration solutions. You will support customers across industrial and process-related sectors while building a long-term career in technical sales.
Key responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations for pressure, temperature, flow and calibration instruments
Follow up on quotations, build customer relationships and secure purchase orders
Recommend suitable products, accessories, spare parts and calibration services
Coordinate orders, delivery updates and supplier enquiries with internal teams and overseas principals
Develop new business through outbound calls, email outreach and account follow-up
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer records in the CRM system
About you
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation or a related Engineering discipline
Entry-level opportunity suitable for candidates beginning a career in technical B2B sales
Relevant internships, technical projects, customer-service experience, sales exposure or up to two years of relevant work experience
B2B technical-sales, industrial equipment, MRO, automation or instrumentation experience is advantageous
Confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with engineers, purchasing teams and industrial customers
Organised, proactive and motivated to meet sales targets
Able to understand technical products and explain solutions clearly to customers
