Technical Sales Manager – PCB Division (Hybrid, Tustin, CA)

Our customers include some of the world’s most respected OEMs across medical, industrial, and consumer technology sectors.

We’re looking for a Technical Sales Manager with strong industry experience to lead customer growth and relationship management for our PCB Division .
What You’ll Do:
Drive new business with OEM customers in the electronics, medical, and industrial markets.
Manage key accounts — provide pricing, technical coordination, and project support.
Partner with our global engineering and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Identify market opportunities and contribute to overall sales strategy.
Represent PalPilot at customer meetings and trade events.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in PCB, ODM/OEM, Components or EMS sales .
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
Proven record of sales growth and strong customer relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Based near Tustin, CA – hybrid work flexibility available.
