Job description
Johnson Controls is launching the Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program in the United States. A 6-month development track pairs new graduates with mentors to gain hands-on experience in fire equipment, services, and building solutions while supporting sales opportunities.
Participants build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners, presenting technical solutions that improve performance and sustainability.
