If this sounds like YOU, come be a part of our growing Shentel Technical Support Team!As a Technical Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in the continued stability and growth of our organization, by serving as a front-line representative for Shentel.Our Technical Support Representatives are a part of a supportive, service-oriented team in call center environment who: Promote quality customer experience with honest and committed customer care. Engage in real-time troubleshooting with customers to resolve technical issues. Educate residential Shentel customers about the installation and use of products.
