Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is hiring a full-time Treatment Support Technician at our inpatient facility in Mount Pleasant, PA! We’re offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus!

You’ll be a key part of the treatment team—helping maintain a safe, respectful, recovery focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal. Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities
Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs
Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation
Assisting during crises (with training and supervision)
Supporting recovery focused routines with empathy and professionalism
You’ll receive frequent supervision, guidance, and training, so you’re never on your own.
High school diploma or GED
Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight
Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2- Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
