Job Title: Technical Trainer / Instructional Designer
Location: Ocoee, FL 34761 (Onsite 5 Days/Week)
Duration: 12+ Months
Key Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Instructional Design & Technical Training.
Strong expertise in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud & MS Office.
Experience with ADDIE/SAM, Adult Learning Principles & Curriculum Development.
Hands-on experience with E-learning, LMS, Storyboarding, Course Development & Training Delivery.
Ability to develop interactive modules, lesson plans, job aids and facilitator guides.
Strong SME collaboration and communication skills.
Candidate Requirements:
Local to Ocoee, FL or nearby areas.
Must be available to work onsite 5 days/week.
Interview: First round Web interview; shortlisted candidates must attend an F2F interview at their own expense.
Portfolio link is mandatory.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, IT, Computer Science, Education or related field (or equivalent experience).
