Job description
Nametag is seeking a Technical Writer to own our documentation for customers. You will write user manuals, API guides, release notes, and FAQs to help users navigate our software.
In a fast-moving security-focused B2B SaaS environment, you’ll collaborate with engineering and product leadership, ensure style guide consistency, and continuously improve our docs based on user feedback and feature updates.
