Service Technician Position
Hoehn Porsche is looking for a Service Technician to join our winning team! We are a well-established Porsche dealership seeking to expand our service team of technicians.
The Service Technician is responsible for identifying necessary vehicle services and performing the repair, service and/or maintenance work.
All candidates must be:

Self-motivated
Able to perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency & accuracy, in accordance with dealership and manufacture standards
Able to manage multiple priorities
Able to work with little to no supervision
Job requirements:
At least 2 years of experience working in the field
Personal Integrity
Exceptional communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
ASE certification a plus
Valid California Driver's License
Clear driving record
Clear criminal background
Clear drug screening

Pay Scale Information: $75,000 to $145,000 is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation, including hourly pay, bonuses, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick), etc. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $33/hr.-$40/hr. Bonuses range from $10,000 to $75,000 per year based on performance.

The Hoehn family has been in the automobile business since the 1920s. In 1938, T.W. Hoehn was awarded a Chevrolet franchise in Memphis, Tennessee. He passed that dealership to his son, T.W. Hoehn, Jr., when he retired in 1950. T.W. Hoehn, Jr., expanded their Hoehn Chevrolet footprint across the country, adding franchises in St. Louis, Kansas City and Beverly Hills. Mr. Hoehn was quickly joined by his sons, Bill and Bob, who continue to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business alongside their children- Ted, Adrienne, Jo Hannah and Susanah. Today, the Hoehn Family of Dealerships proudly represents 8 brands in Carlsbad (Acura, Audi, Honda, Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and Sprinter) and a second Audi dealership in Temecula.
