Technology Adoption Specialist The Opportunity:
Are you looking for an opportunity to ensure that new technologies are effectively integrated into an organization's workflows? We're looking for a specialist to help an organization successfully implement and use new digital tools by guiding onboarding, training, change management, and user support, ensuring employees fully adopt technology to improve productivity, user experience, and the success of digital transformation initiatives.
We need a digital transformation specialist who will provide expertise to drive organizational success by ensuring stakeholders successfully adopt technology solutions andmaximize their value. You Have:
5+ years of experience in IT change management or technology adoption
3+ years of experience supporting the intelligence community
Experience developing technical user guides and job aids
Experience developing and delivering technical training
Knowledge of ITIL processes and management
Knowledge of knowledge management practices
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Agile methodology, requirements management and JIRA, or a similar RTM platform
Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD
Possession of excellent communication and presentation skills
Possession of excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
ITIL 4 Foundation Certification or higher
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
