Job description
We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead – Oracle Retail to support a retail client onsite in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle Retail Sales Audit, Merchandising, and client-facing support, along with the ability to coordinate effectively between business stakeholders, IT teams, offshore AMS teams, and Oracle support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary onsite liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, offshore AMS teams, and MFCS Sales Audit support teams.
Lead application support and service delivery for Oracle Retail MFCS modules.
Manage incidents, enhancements, service requests, and production support activities while ensuring adherence to SLAs.
Drive timely incident resolution and maintain overall system availability and stability.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable functional and technical tasks.
Facilitate solution discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure effective delivery of support and enhancement activities.
Provide functional expertise in Oracle Retail Sales Audit and Merchandising.
Communicate effectively with client stakeholders and provide regular updates on issues, risks, and resolutions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve application support processes.

Oracle Retail Sales Audit
Oracle Retail Merchandising
Client interfacing / stakeholder management
Strong experience with Oracle Retail MFCS
Production/application support experience
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Required Experience
8–10+ years of overall IT experience.
8–10+ years of relevant experience in the required Oracle Retail skills.
Strong experience working in the Retail domain.
Prior experience in onsite/client-facing roles is highly preferred
