Job description
We are looking for a Technology Lead – Telecom OSS/BSS to provide L1.5/L2 production support for the SYAD ecosystem. The role focuses on telecom provisioning, circuit inventory, order management, workforce management, incident resolution, access administration, and order fallout analysis.
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with TIRKS, WFA-C, TIRKS ERR, SOAC, and FACS , along with knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS environments and wireline provisioning.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1.5/L2 support for telecom OSS/BSS applications and resolve production incidents.
Troubleshoot TIRKS, TIRKS-JX, WFA-C, WFASM, WFACIA, SOAC, FACS, OTTO, WebSOP, and WCM issues.
Perform TIRKS administration , including user access, RACF, password resets, account activation, and authorization support.
Troubleshoot TIRKS errors and TIRKS-JX connectivity issues.
Validate circuit inventory, facility assignments, CLLI, TPLOC, CCNA, TTM, and TTS data.
Analyze telecom order fallout, provisioning failures, and stuck orders .
Troubleshoot WFA-C workflow and WFACIA integration issues.
Monitor support queues, ServiceNow tickets, alerts, and SLA adherence.
Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate with vendor SMEs for complex issues.
Prepare operational reports, fallout metrics, and daily dashboards.
Maintain SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge repositories.
Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and support team onboarding.
Required Skills
5+ years of Telecom OSS/BSS support experience.
Strong hands-on experience with TIRKS Admin, WFA-C Admin, TIRKS ERR, SOAC, and FACS .
Experience with telecom/wireline provisioning workflows.
Knowledge of TIRKS-JX, WFASM, WFACIA, OTTO, WebSOP, and WCM .
Experience with Mainframe/RACF and Rocket Terminal Emulator.
Experience with ServiceNow and production incident management.
Strong troubleshooting, RCA, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently handle order fallout, circuit validation, access issues, workflow failures, and operational monitoring.
