As a Technology Manager, you will be at the forefront of innovation, spearheading the evolution of critical workflows and product offerings. This is an exceptional opportunity to apply your expertise in systems design and automation to directly influence product performance, optimize features, and elevate operational efficiency. Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping the future of our product ecosystem and delivering tangible value, transforming manual processes into intelligent, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Spearhead the “agentification” of workflows, applying knowledge of systems design to automate manual processes and translate operational bottlenecks into scalable solutions.

Utilize advanced solutions to monitor product performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and optimize feature offerings to enhance operational efficiency.

Guide products through their entire lifecycle, from initial pilot phases to final delivery and wide‑scale deployment, overseeing both technical execution and business operations.

Leverage expertise in web technologies, systems design, and data analytics to achieve key product outcomes, such as improving feature offerings, designing launch programs, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring seamless integrations.

Translate complex operational issues into robust technology solutions, including automating manual processes to minimize human error and enhance overall product and business vertical operational efficiency.

Drive significant improvements in existing operations and champion the commercialization of new solutions, guiding initiatives from conception to successful deployment.

Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Review and validate product requirement documents (PRDs) to ensure they accurately reflect product specifications and meet customer, partner, and internal needs.

Manage program‑level execution, proactively anticipating and resolving bottlenecks, prioritizing projects and resources, balancing business needs against technical constraints, and ensuring successful product/tool deployments and efficient long‑term operations.

Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of planning, designing, and deploying internal tools or products, including managing communications, stakeholder relationships, and project timelines.

Ensure product readiness, identify gaps, and influence roadmaps to optimize customer and partner experiences.

Foster strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders (e.g., Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing) to develop innovative products and tools.

Manage stakeholder escalations, requirements, and feedback, acting as an advocate for their needs in internal discussions.

Explore alternatives and constraints for customer/partner challenges, leveraging analytics and metrics to design, pitch, and assess the impact of potential product or tool solutions.

Apply systems design principles with a keen understanding of their influence on user experience.

Facilitate the sharing of insights and potential solutions with internal teams (e.g., Product Management, Engineering, Business Solutions, Marketing).

Conduct data analysis using success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of product improvement solutions.

Assess and identify gaps and issues in current products based on user feedback or metrics analysis, communicating these to relevant internal teams.

Contribute technically to solving gaps and issues by developing, validating, and documenting new features and solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience guiding products from pilot to delivery, with a strong focus on technical execution and business operations.

Expertise in applying systems design principles to automate manual processes and create scalable solutions.

Proficiency in web technologies, systems design, and data analysis to drive product outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to translate operational issues into effective technology solutions.

Experience in program‑level execution, including bottleneck anticipation, issue resolution, project prioritization, and resource management.

Strong background in the end‑to‑end lifecycle of planning, designing, and deploying internal tools or products.

Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing).

Ability to explore alternatives and constraints for problems, utilizing analytics and metrics for solution design and impact assessment.

Experience with data analysis and success metrics to evaluate product improvements.

Capability to identify and address product gaps and issues through technical contributions (developing, validating, documenting new features/solutions).
