Job description
Alvarez & Marsal seeks an Associate for the Technology Industry Group in Private Equity. You will work on buy-side/sell-side operational due diligence, synergy and carve-out assessments, and performance improvement for technology portfolios.
You’ll lead work streams, develop financial models, and support proposals while traveling up to 25%. A strong background in finance, operations, and organizational design is essential.
