Job description
TSG – The Sheridan Group seeks a Technology Solutions Specialist to support digital tools that power strategic communications and public affairs campaigns. In this role, you will configure and maintain CRM, advocacy, email, and analytics platforms; troubleshoot user issues; and partner with consultants to translate campaign goals into effective technology workflows. You will help implement data integrations, QA-test new features, and produce performance dashboards. The ideal candidate combines technical aptitude with curiosity about policy, politics, and media, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, client-centered environment.
