Job description
State Street in Massachusetts is seeking a technically strong operations professional to translate the future-state service into clear requirements, partner with FRS through development, lead rigorous testing, and support the solution in production.
You will understand end-to-end workflow, challenge designs, create and execute tests, use automation and AI where practical, diagnose failures, and remain accountable for technology-enabled service delivery after launch.
