The Role
As Lead Technician II, you'll be the most experienced hands-on technician on our team — running complex restoration jobs, training and mentoring junior techs, and serving as the technical point of escalation on-site. Train, mentor, and quality-check junior and mid-level technicians in the field
Serve as the on-site technical authority for complex or high-value restoration jobs
Maintain clear communication with adjusters, GCs, and homeowners on job status
Ensure jobs are completed safely, on schedule, and to IICRC/insurance documentation standards
Support duct cleaning and EnviroBiotics service delivery as needed
