Job description
The City of Cambridge, Department of Human Service Programs, seeks a Group Leader to guide a teen cohort (14–19) through activities, service projects, and leadership development. You will supervise, mentor, and collaborate with the Program Director to ensure a positive, inclusive youth experience.
Key duties include planning curricula, managing behaviour, and maintaining program culture while engaging families and communities.
