Job description
The Boys & Girls of the Twin Cities (BGCTC) seeks a part-time Teen Specialist to enhance teen engagement through the Teen Pathways Program. You will support post-secondary preparation, volunteerism, leadership activities, and wellness while collaborating with school partners and families.
Role requires prior youth development experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage program data and partnerships. Seasonal hours align with the school year.
