Telecom Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented Telecom Quality Assurance Specialist to support daily production review, documentation accuracy, and compliance across our telecom operations. This role is critical to ensuring that field data, photos, redlines, and closeout packages meet company standards and customer requirements.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple crews and project managers.Key responsibilities include:Review daily production reports, photos, redlines, and job documentation for accuracy and completenessVerify that field work aligns with project specifications, safety standards, and customer requirementsIdentify discrepancies, missing information, or quality issues and communicate them to the appropriate teamTrack and log daily QA/QC findings to support operational improvementsEnsure closeout packages meet all required standards before submissionCollaborate with field crews, supervisors, and project managers to resolve issues quicklyMaintain organized digital records and documentationSupport continuous improvement efforts within the QA/QC processWhat we're looking for:Someone who enjoys reviewing details and ensuring accuracyA problem-solver who can communicate clearly and professionallyA team player who supports field operations and helps maintain high standardsBenefits:Competitive payHealth, dental, and vision, and term life insurancePaid time offOpportunities for growth within the companyQualifications:Experience in telecom construction or utilitiesStrong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistenciesAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProficiency with basic computer applications (Excel, PDF markup, photo review tools, etc.)Strong communication skills and ability to work with both field and office teamsFamiliarity with telecom production, permitting, or closeout documentation is a plusEqual Employment Opportunity Statement: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
