Job SummaryOperates the PBX system assuring a positive public image and ability to meet the telecommunication needs of all our customer groups.Job RequirementsMinimum EducationHigh School or Equivalent.Minimum Work ExperienceNo previous experience.Required Licenses/CertificationsRequired Skills; Knowledge; and AbilitiesAbility to use CRT monitorHandles emergency or crisis situations in a calmly matter.Subject to varying and unpredictable situations.Subjects to long irregular hours.Handles absentee replacement on short notice.
