With its main campus at Loyola University Medical Center, Loyola Medicine is part of a comprehensive three-hospital system including Loyola University Medical Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, and MacNeal Hospital.If you're passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of our communities, join the Loyola team as a Telecom Attend and become Loyola Strong!Shift: 2:00-10:30pm rotating days off, weekends and Holidays requiredWhat you'll do:Answer phones to manage paging, messaging, and general inquiries.Serve as referring physicians, and the public seeking information about physicians, staff.Provide directory information, assist with inquiries related to staff, clinic services, office hours, and general information.Screen physician calls and determine whether they should be transferred to the office, nurse, or paged.Initiate medical teams for emergency code calls, logging all relevant details, and assist security during disaster or emergency procedures.Support and execute the department's disaster plan in case of equipment or network failure.We offer our Telecom Attend:Benefits from Day OneDailyPay!
