Job description
DutiesYou will maintain a variety of over 900 wireless devices including Samsung Android and Apple smartphones, Android Tablets, and wireless modems.You will manage device lifecycle, including ordering upgrades, replacements, and decommissioning.You will enforce device policies like password complexity, data encryption, and app restrictions.You will provide technical support to users regarding mobile device usage and troubleshooting connectivity problems.You will coordinate with the wireless carrier when necessary to resolve service-related issues and perform hardware maintenance on wireless assets.You will perform desktop support to resolve common software application issues and instruct users on the submission of trouble tickets for the resolution of enterprise service-related issues.
