Job description
Porch Light Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, telehealth role based in Colorado. You will assess, diagnose, and manage patients with opioid use disorder and other addictions, prescribing MAT and coordinating care.
Experience in MAT protocols and telehealth is valued. Must hold an active license in Colorado; the role supports remote delivery with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturday rotation.
