Compensation
Full-Time Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 annually (Based on experience and caseload)
Hourly Option: $70 – $75 per hour (Based on experience)

Your Role
As a Telehealth BCBA, you'll provide remote clinical oversight and family support while helping children achieve meaningful progress through evidence-based ABA services.
Responsibilities Include:
Teatment planning
Providing BCBA supervision and clinical guidance
Supporting caregivers through parent coaching and training
Monitoring client progress and making data-driven treatment decisions
Collaborating with families and clinical teams
Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards
Qualifications
Active BCBA Certification
Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain)
Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for helping children and families thrive
