Job description
Kaiser Permanente seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support digital health initiatives within our Information Technology & Software environment. You will provide virtual patient assessments, manage chronic conditions through telehealth platforms, and collaborate with clinicians and IT teams to enhance clinical workflows.
