Job description
Northwestern Medicine has an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant to support physicians in our outpatient Primary Care department. The APP will handle inbox messages, convert to Telehealth when appropriate, and see about 10 patients per day via Telehealth.
Training lasts 2–3 months onsite, then a Telehealth model is pursued with a 90% fill rate. The APP will come onsite at least quarterly for meetings with the physician group; schedule is Monday–Friday, days.
