Job description
Fast Pace Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Winchester, KY team. The role supports clinic and telehealth care with competitive compensation and up to $4,000 relocation assistance. A Master’s in Nursing and active DEA are required, with 1–2 years of provider experience preferred.
