Modified Full Time roles average 32 hours per week, including every-other weekend. Shifts run 5 am–11 pm PST. Requires 3+ years post-residency and hospital privileges. Rates range from $120 to $145 per hour, all-inclusive with overtime and holiday pay, plus a Weatherby consultant support.
