Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to gather relevant information.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific goals, ensuring adaptability as per ongoing assessments.
Deliver individual, couples, and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, employing therapeutic techniques suited to varying therapeutic needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated care and coordinate client services effectively.
Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, while regularly engaging in case reviews and professional supervision.
Participate in ongoing professional development activities, workshops, and training to stay current with best practices in counseling.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.
A Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to mental health treatment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to USD 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional compensation includes a generous sign-on bonus and performance-related bonuses.
