Job description
Valeris, a life sciences commercialization partner, seeks a Patient Support Nurse to guide patients through therapy with education, care coordination, and psychosocial support. This telephonic role also provides disease-state education, documents care activities, and escalates complex cases per SOPs.
You will work in a fast-paced, compliant telephonic setting, maintaining accurate CRM records, supporting providers, and advocating for insurance coverage and patient access to therapy.
