Prestige Workforce Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing healthcare technology company to identify experienced Telehealth Nurse Practitioners for a fully remote opportunity. This role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy, clinical ownership, and working with modern digital health tools in a scalable virtual care environment.
Position Overview
The Nurse Practitioner will deliver high-quality virtual care across triage, asynchronous chat, and video visits. You will be supported by streamlined access to labs, imaging, referrals, and collaborating physicians, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than administrative friction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide virtual care through triage, asynchronous messaging, and video consultations
Manage patients across varying levels of clinical acuity
Order and coordinate labs, imaging, prescriptions, and referrals
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care
Contribute to clinical workflows, documentation standards, and best practices
Utilize modern digital health platforms designed to support efficiency and quality care
Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner background in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Minimum of 6,240 clinical hours (approximately 3+ years full-time experience)
5–10 years of total clinical experience
4+ years of telehealth experience strongly preferred
Active multi-state licensure covering at least 40% of the U.S., including California, Texas, Florida, and New York (required)
U.S.-trained and U.S.-based candidates only
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong written and video-based communication skills

Involvement in developing or supporting clinical practice standards
Interest in innovative digital health delivery models
Salary range: $90,000–$105,000 annually or $70–$80 per hour
